What is EHCP?

If you’re a parent in the UK trying to navigate the confusing, exhausting world of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), you know how critical—and frustrating—it can be. You don't need more confusing information. You need practical tools and legal knowledge to win the support your child deserves.

Introducing the Essential EHCP Navigation Course in partnership with BLU Children's Club

The best strategy is to ensure your current EHCP is specific, quantified, and leaves no room for "interpretation." Our Essential EHCP Navigation Course provides the exact template letters and legal checklists to help you.

Exclusive Bonus SEND Reform module "The 2026-2029 Transition"

The government's "Every Child Achieving and Thriving" White Paper (February 2026) proposes a major overhaul of the SEND system, aiming for full implementation by 2035.

The Children and Families Act 2014 remains the "law of the land" until new legislation is formally passed by Parliament. These changes aren't immediate, the government plans to start reviewing existing EHCPs in September 2029.
